The powerful yet tractable Husqvarna TC 250 engine features an exhaust power valve to boost power and torque along the entire rev range. The Boyesen reed valve guarantees excellent response and durability. A precise 5-speed gearbox transfers all the Husqvarna TC 250’s power to the ground. The engine characteristics can be further tailored to rider preference by varying the spring stiffness in the exhaust valve.

The Husqvarna STR 650 CC supermoto looks quite capable. The styling has been penned by Massimo Tamburini himself, and the 132-kilo bike is powered by a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 650cc engine. A breathtaking Supermoto with a 650cc single ciclinder able to offer more than 650Cv horse power. Husqvarna wasn’t only inside the fair: more than 1000 visitors had the chance to test for free the new Supermotard SM 125 and SM 610IE in the Motolive area outside the pavilion.

You'll definetly have a pure blast on it. Just be sure to include new tires right away. The things that come on the bike must be some sort of old dried out stock since they slip like ball bearings. I only used the 207's that came on my '05 for one session because of this. And apparently the 208's that come on the newer bikes are no better. Pirelli Diablos work sweet for me but any good rubber will make you grin.

The Husqvarna SM610 IE now has an electronic injection system that was developed in collaboration with Mikuni. The engine now features a 42 mm throttle body with the starter command on the handlebars and there is now a 300 Kpa Mitsubishi “twin jet” fuel injector fitted to the throttle. The pressure regulator (3 Bar) regulates any return of excess fuel to the tank and the MAQS (Modularised Air Quant Quantity Sensor) consists of air temperature, mapping and TPS sensors (Throttle Position Sensor). The Kokusan 360W three-phase ignition flywheel is also new.
